Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you do not pick up your order, Dial4Cake will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance. We will be happy to remake the product for you if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both. We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer and delivery boys. For the same day Delivery Orders If you cancel within 30 minutes after placing on the same day we will give you a full refund for your product there is no cancellation or refund 30 minute after placing the order. For order placed on latter days you can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date for a full refund you cannot cancel the order later than that and no refund will be provided. Product once sold will not be taken back / exchanged since it perishable food products. You will have to send us a mail with your order details to dial4cakes@gmail.com to cancel the order in the stipulated time.

Out of Stock Policy

If in any case an item you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact the customer either by phone or via email. We will give you other comparable choices to choose from. If you would like to cancel the order then that can be done and the full amount will be refunded.
