Delivery Areas:

We currently serve customers within the CHENNAI region. Please ensure that the delivery address falls within this area before placing an order.

Order Processing Time:

Upon receiving an order, we require a minimum of 4-5 hours for order processing. This allows us to prepare your cake with utmost care and attention to detail.

Delivery Options and Timelines:

• Delivery within 5 kilometers: INR 100
• Delivery within 5 to 10 kilometers: INR 200
• Delivery above 10-15 kilometers: INR 450

Please note that the delivery charges mentioned above are in addition to the cost of the cake.

Delivery Process:

Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit. However, we recommend refrigerating the cake immediately upon delivery to preserve its taste and texture.

Delivery Tracking:

We currently do not provide delivery tracking services. However, if you have any concerns or need assistance with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at dial4cakes@gmail.com.

Delivery Issues:

In the rare event of any delivery issues or delays, we will make our best efforts to resolve the situation promptly and ensure your satisfaction. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you encounter any problems. Please note that the delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
